New Short Story Out Now!

Hello! Happy Thursday! I’m happy to announce my short story, ‘With Love, From Waystation 4’ is now available. This publication is meaningful for a few reasons: It’s my first new publication since 2019. It’s also a sweet love story that heavily features one of my favorite arcade games. AND it’s my first publication in a […]

A Writer’s Journal: May

was further discouraged to pursue this career by my 7th grade middle school English teacher. I remember only small snippets from that day, but I remember her barely lifting a finger to help me. I remember leaving her classroom upset, with my head held low. I went back to the cafeteria and sat with my friends. I don’t remember if I engaged with them, but I remember giving up on my dream. But the worst thing is this: I felt like an idiot for trying to step outside my comfort zone and that feeling stuck with me for years. Sword Of Destiny: Review

The main character in this series is Geralt of Rivia, a Witcher who travels the land, taking on odd jobs in villages and cities. NaNoWriMo Week 1

Technically, this post will cover the first week plus the few days that came before, but I didn’t want a separate post for the first few days of November, especially when I was unproductive those days.

NaNoWriMo Week 0

Jokes aside, the reason why I enjoy NaNoWriMo such much is because it almost always comes at a time when I’m feeling down about my writing. This is felt especially true for the past year or so (for reasons that I won’t get into now, but will hopefully write about in the coming months). 2017’s NaNo was beneficial for me because it reminded me that I’m a damn good writer! And I need that reminder once again this year.
